Corn Salad Greens Seed

Corn salad (also known as Lamb's Lettuce or Mache) is a cool season tender green, typically used for salads. When the leaves are young, they have a mild nutty flavor. As the plant grows larger the leaves can be treated like spinach and make an amazing side dish if steamed or sauteed.

Corn salad needs well draining soil in a sunny location, although shady afternoons can help in warmer climates. This plant will bolt quickly, so plant in early spring or late autumn.
